Order Cancellation Before Testing
Orders can be cancelled and fully refunded if the product box has not been opened and the product has not been used within a maximum of 72 hours from receiving the product.
No Refund After Product Use
Once the product box is opened or used, the fees become non-refundable.
Exception Cases
If the sample was delivered incorrectly or damaged due to an error on our part, a full refund or re-testing will be provided at no additional cost.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order if testing has not started in the laboratory, but no refund will be provided.
